Zomig Tablets: Pain-free Response
  • Pain-free response is defined as a reduction in headache pain from severe or moderate intensity to no pain.
  • From a multicenter, double-blind, placebo-controlled, dose range–finding study of ZOMIG Tablets 2.5 mg (n=260) and 5 mg (n=245) vs placebo (n=121) for the treatment of severe or moderate migraine headache.
Zomig-ZMT: Pain free as early as 30 minutes

  • Pain-free response is defined as a reduction in headache pain from severe or moderate intensity to no pain.
  • From a multicenter, double-blind, randomized, placebo-controlled study of ZOMIG-ZMT 5 mg (n=245) vs placebo (n=341) for the treatment of moderate or severe migraine.3
Zomig Nasal Spray: Pain free as early as 15 minutes
  • Pain-free response is defined as a reduction in headache pain from severe or moderate intensity to no pain.
  • From a multicenter, randomized, double-blind, parallel-group trial (n=1868) with ZOMIG Nasal Spray 5 mg vs placebo, treating up to 2 migraine attacks of moderate or severe intensity. The primary end point was headache response at 15 and 30 minutes, 1 and 2 hours after initial treatment. Secondary end points included pain-free rates at all time points and 24-hour sustained headache response and pain-free rates.9
